Participation enquiries

Participation links open Google Forms managed by APTA. We ask for your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL and company website; you can also share your company, role and enquiry details. LinkedIn profiles and company websites help the organisers screen enquiries. Responses are stored in private Google Forms and Google Sheets in the organiser’s Google account, separate from this public website and Sanity. We use them to assess and respond to your enquiry and, for delegate interest, share relevant event updates.

Interest is not a ticket booking, sponsor agreement or accepted speaking application. Do not submit confidential customer information or sensitive personal data.

Website services

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Published programme, speaker and sponsor content loads from Sanity. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive standard connection information, including your IP address, when you visit. No advertising or visitor analytics scripts are installed by this website. For enquiries about your information, retention or deletion, contact info@aptaevents.com. You can also email info@aptaevents.com if you need help with a participation form. Google receives the information you submit and standard connection information when you use its forms.
