Building the AI-Native Revenue Engine

Revenue Engine Asia · Singapore · 2027

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. About this website

Revenue Engine Asia is organised by APTA and 1000Steps. This website is operated by Asia Pacific Technology Alliance Pte Ltd, UEN 202041801E, at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“we”, “us” or “our”). Contact us at info@aptaevents.com.

These terms explain the permitted use of revenueengine.asia and its associated www address and official Cloudflare website address. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice. They do not replace an event registration agreement or any separately agreed sponsorship, speaking or partnership contract.

2. Current event and registration status

The website describes a planned premium, practitioner-led, one-day conference for sales professionals and revenue leaders across Singapore and APAC. Its selected annual theme is Building the AI-Native Revenue Engine, covering Revenue Strategy, Revenue Execution and Revenue Intelligence.

The current public event location and year are Singapore · 2027. A date and venue have not been announced. Programme content labelled “proposed” is subject to confirmation. Any attendance number described as a target is a planning objective, not a statement of registrations or confirmed attendance. The target is 500 attendees.

Only announcements expressly identifying confirmed speakers, sponsors or partners should be treated as confirmations. Proposed sessions, demonstration concepts, Sales Pods, networking and awards information do not establish a commitment from any named organisation or individual. A location photograph does not confirm a venue booking.

The launch website does not sell tickets or accept payment. No ticket price is presently offered. A delegate-interest form does not reserve a seat or create an admission right. A sponsorship enquiry or speaking-interest submission does not confirm acceptance or create a sponsorship, speaking or partnership agreement. Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt only.

Any future booking or commercial commitment will require clearly stated separate terms and an acceptance process. These website terms do not determine future cancellation, refund or event participation rights.

3. Enquiries and information you provide

Please provide accurate information, use your own contact details and submit on behalf of an organisation only if authorised to do so. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading applications or send spam.

The forms currently require your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL and company website URL. These details help us assess and respond to enquiries and screen inappropriate submissions. Company name, job title and the enquiry message are optional. If you cannot use a form, contact info@aptaevents.com for assistance.

Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal information, confidential customer records or other information that you are not entitled to share. Form validation does not authenticate a person or organisation.

Submitting material permits us to review it and contact you about that enquiry. It does not transfer ownership of your material to us or grant a general right to publish your biography, portrait, logo, presentation or application. Public use of such material will be agreed separately with the relevant rights holder and individual where required.

4. Personal information and communications

Our Privacy Notice explains how enquiry information and website connection information are handled. Website-use terms do not constitute consent to unrelated marketing, disclosure to sponsors, or publication of your submission.

Delegate interest requests relevant Revenue Engine Asia updates. You may ask us to stop those updates at info@aptaevents.com. Sponsorship and speaking enquiries are used to assess and respond to the respective enquiry. Any additional marketing purpose must be explained separately and supported by the appropriate permission or other lawful basis.

Contact our designated Data Protection Officer at info@aptaevents.com with questions about your personal information, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint. Any statutory right and applicable exception remains unaffected by these terms.

5. Permitted use and security

You may browse the website, share links to it and use its participation routes for legitimate enquiries. Please do not interfere with the website or forms, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, harvest enquiry data, or use the services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted.

We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and respond to abuse, including restricting malicious requests. Where practicable, we will offer a contact route for legitimate enquiries affected by a restriction.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, design, images, logos and other materials may be protected by copyright, trade mark or other rights held by us or third parties. No ownership transfer or general commercial licence is granted by making material available on this website.

You may view public content and retain a copy for your own reference. Obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before using protected material beyond this permission or an applicable legal exception. Do not imply organiser, speaker or sponsor endorsement without authorisation.

Where a work is identified as carrying a Creative Commons or another separate licence, that licence governs use of that work. Retain required credits and comply with its conditions. In particular, the separately credited Singapore photograph is subject to its stated licence; these terms do not remove those licence rights or conditions.

7. External services and links

Participation forms are hosted by Google. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, published programme and roster content may load from Sanity, and fonts load from Google Fonts. External services and websites have their own terms and privacy information. We do not control every change to those services or the content of linked websites.

A link or reference is not, by itself, an endorsement or a commercial partnership. Our use of service providers does not remove our own responsibilities under applicable law.

8. Information, updates and availability

We aim to keep the website clear and accurate. Please contact us if you identify an error. Planned event details may change, and we will update the relevant public information when confirmed. Do not make travel or purchasing commitments based solely on unconfirmed programme, date or venue information.

Conference descriptions and educational content are general information. They do not promise a particular revenue outcome and are not individual legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or technical problems. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be up to date. We will address reported material errors within a reasonable time.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and where fair and reasonable, we do not accept responsibility for losses caused solely by your unlawful use of the website or for failures of an external website beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own failure to meet a legal duty.

These terms do not impose a general indemnity on visitors, an arbitrary monetary liability cap, or a waiver of consumer or data-protection rights. Any separate event or commercial contract will address the responsibilities relevant to that transaction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or legal requirements. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter a separate agreement or accrued legal right. Where an applicable change requires your consent or agreement, we will seek it separately.

11. Law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Please first contact info@aptaevents.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using any court, regulator or complaint mechanism available under applicable law.

Subject to any mandatory right to use another forum, disputes relating to these website terms may be brought before the courts of Singapore, which have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not vary a separate signed agreement unless that agreement expressly provides otherwise.
